Project Schedule

Dear Residents,

On behalf of your construction team at Cornerstone Managing Partners, we are excited to be working within your community. The Yorba Linda Reconstruction project will be completed building by building. The construction team will be starting with Village II, and then transitioning to Village III.

The estimated dates for Village II, Buildings 1 – 21 are outlined below. Please note, these are an estimated schedule and subject to the crews workflow and any weather delays. The on-site team will provides updates to residents if/when any changes occur. Village III residents will be notified regarding the reconstruction schedule as soon as it is available.

VILLAGE II (Buildings 1-21) – COMPLETED

VILLAGE III (Buildings 1-35) – ACTIVE (updated 1/24)

*Vent installs will be completed at the same time as permitted work in each building. 

VILLAGE PHASING MAPS

The following maps provide the path of reconstruction. The construction team will begin in Village II, Building I and work through all of the buildings in Village II. Then, the teams will transition to Village III and complete the buildings in the number order.
