Cornerstone Managing Partners partnered with The Grande North’s Board of Directors (BOD) throughout the duration of the litigation process, and was hired by the BOD to manage the reconstruction.  This project was the first total re-pipe to date in downtown San Diego, and we were excited to work with an incredible team to complete the project.

The Grande North is a conveniently located next to Santa Fe Station, with stunning views of the bay and downtown San Diego.  The building is 39 floors, totaling 221 suites with a twin building just south of it.
