Cornerstone was the General Contractor at Quail Gardens Corporate Center in Encinitas, featuring over 30,000 square feet of office space on the corner of Encinitas Boulevard and Quail Gardens.  We partnered with a long-standing client of Cornerstone, Keith Harrison, who purchased the project with a partially complete foundation, on a property with difficult soil liquefaction.  The corporate center was completed in 2014 and features beautiful glass windows, corrugated wall panel systems, and wood features throughout.
