Cornerstone Managing Partners partnered with The Legend Condominium Association throughout the construction defect litigation process and was hired by the Association to manage the reconstruction. The project consists of plumbing, mechanical, and waterproofing repairs, a new pool, and painting the exterior of the tower.

We are working in collaboration with the Legend Management team to manage all repairs in the occupied building. A number of repairs are taking place at night to minimize the impact to the commercial tenants that occupy the commercial suites.
