We had the opportunity to partner with the El Cortez Homeowner’s Association to address a flood due to the fire sprinkler system.  CMP oversaw the construction team to ensure the quality of the work, and work as a liaison between the construction team and the Board of Directors.  While on site, our team worked with management to upgrade other systems including their community deck, and roof safety.
