Action Property Management called in CMP to review Engineering Design Groups report on multiple areas impacted by below grade water intrusion and provide a solution for Evo, a ten year old high rise towering 24 stories over downtown LA. After review of evidence of water intrusion below grade and the engineering report CMP established a plan to address the below grade water intrusion at the vertical transitions, horizontal transitions and tie back locations and was awarded the contract to complete the necessary injections.
