The property hired a roofing firm to complete a re-roof of their Community areas. Following the completion of the complete re-roof significant rains came and provided evidence of leaks throughout the roof. CMP was called in to assist attorney John Mayers with the construction defect and awarded the contract to complete the necessary repairs.
